RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 All returns or exchanges must be sent back to Rustic Ranch Boutique within 7 business days of the DELIVERY date. 

• returns are for store credit ONLY
• items must be unused and unwashed with tags still attached
• any damages must be reported within 3 days after receiving merchandise
• sale items are always FINAL
• Shipping and handling is non-refundable
• Rustic Ranch Boutique is NOT responsible for any shipping fees on returns or exchanges
